ARIANRHOD CITY - 2 Viewingas the capital of viatrix, arianrhod is much of what the country stands for: extravagant, passionate, and expensive. talent for the arts in this city definitely goes a long way, as much money is invested into the numerous museums of arianrhod in order to showcase the prized paintings, sculptures, and other such that only the richest of the rich could afford. the city of arianrhod is, if not gorgeous, then spotless; the kingdom prides its clean, beautiful city, and if you're not pompous, arrogant, and rich, then you're probably a street rat who avoids the company of police officers by hiding in alleys and sewers. arianrhod doesn't take kindly to disgusting thieves, and the king himself would gladly stab such a thief in the face. BLODEUWEDD FORESTas the only place the kingdom doesn't have a sharp hold on, blodeuwedd forest is plagued by many mysteries involving mythical creatures of old. the king brushes off the rumors as nothing more than rubbish, but the children who often disappear in these woods might beg to differ. the most recurring story is that of the selfish trolls, that snatch the children away into their hidden civilization, and then force them to work for minimum wage. though, that surely is 'only a very imaginative story, cooked up by tired housewives', as the king would say. |

CEINWEN TOWNa small town, along the edge of blodeuwedd forest, far away from arianrhod city. because of this amount of distance, the mayor of this town has a bit more power than most nobles of arianrhod, being able to run his village however he sees fit - however, he is required to send taxes to the king, and prices are steadily going up in this town, causing village morale to decrease. a riot could be just around the corner, and the mayor's guard isn't nearly as vast as the kings. |

BRANWENN MOUNTAINS - 1 Viewingat one point in time, these mountains were known for the numerous nests of dragons that lived here. at least, that's what the rumors suggest - the king would never agree to such nonsense about mythical creatures. however, many residents of viatrix are active believers in the existence of such beings, though there aren't any clear reasons; perhaps the lore is just an interesting read, or perhaps some of them are crazy enough to say they've seen one, or perhaps they consider it common sense.. after all, there does seem to be a dragon-shaped indention along the front of the mountain. |

DYLIS PONDlocated at the complete center of the branwenn mountains, dylis pond is the only area where grass grows along these mountains. it is also the most mythical-influenced area in the entire kingdom. many civilians and travelers have said they've seen fairies here - or, was it a fish spirit? .. maybe it was just a fish? the villagers tend to be very contradictory, not knowing what they're actually seeing. as if the king would believe them anyway. |
