CEINWEN TOWN

a small town, along the edge of blodeuwedd forest, far away from arianrhod city. because of this amount of distance, the mayor of this town has a bit more power than most nobles of arianrhod, being able to run his village however he sees fit - however, he is required to send taxes to the king, and prices are steadily going up in this town, causing village morale to decrease. a riot could be just around the corner, and the mayor's guard isn't nearly as vast as the kings.
