Name . What is your character's name? Feel free to search through plenty of languages and other such for inspiration; John Smith isn't always that interesting a name.
Age . How old is your character? There aren't many age restrictions, but you won't be doing much if you're an infant, or if you're a 98-year-old human.
Gender . Well, this sort of depends on your race, but humans are basically one or the other. Other races have yet to be discovered.
Standings . Is your character an upper-class noble? A lower-class peasant? An aspiring Knight? A member of the Viola? Whatever you can think up, it might just be possible.
Occupation . If you're a peasant, are you a farmer? If you're a noble, are you a royal advisor? If you're in the Dominion, are you a Squire, or a full-fledged Knight? Etc., Etc.
Sexuality . Heterosexual, Homosexual, Bisexual, Asexual, etc. Some people may be homophobic, others may not, but those motivated enough might try killing off those that like the same gender - best be warned.
Homeland . Put where you're from, both generally and specifically. i.e. - VIATRIX, arianrhod city.
Photo Op . This is where you include your face claim,

Positivity ,
Put at least four-to-five positive traits of your character. This is preferably done in a list, but feel free to do whatever is easiest for you. Detail isn't required for this or any below it, but it is definitely encouraged.
Negativity ,
Put at least five negative traits of your character. Because we love the negative, it is required that you try to have at least one more negative trait than you do positive ones; however, this isn't required. Just make sure there's at least a 1:1 ratio.
Quirks ,
These can be hobbies, habits, things brought on by compulsivity.. etc. You must have at least four of these.
Aspirations ,
Any goals that your character has. Every character aspires to do something, but because of the nature of this choice, you only need one aspiration, minimum.
Phobias ,
Just any fears your character has. Some common ones include Death, Drowning, Lightning, Loud Noises, Fire, Heights, Spiders, and Candy. You can use these, of course, but they're painfully common.
